Staff Backgrounds
Mark Gunderson, General Manager
Mark Gunderson, our General Manager, has been in this trade since 1978. He has worked in all the relevant positions such as, welder, plumber, pipe fitter, foreman, superintendent, project manager, and estimator. Mark carries both a Journeyman Plumber and Class 5 Boiler’s license. His experience enables him to assist our clients in avoiding potential problems from conception through execution. Mark is able to assist the owners in design build applications as well as trouble shoot problems in existing systems. Working along side Mark is Steve O’Shaughnessy.
Steve O’Shaughnessy, Project Manager
Steve O’Shaughnessy, Project Manager, has been in this business for over twenty-eight years. During that time he has worked as Project Engineer, Project Manager, Estimator and Project Sponsor. Among his clients are organizations such as US Bancorp, Intel, Tri-Met, SEH America and the list goes on.
Mike Mantifel, Project Manager
Mike Mantifel is also one of our Project Managers and has 31 years experience in the Plumbing and HVAC industry. A bulk of Mike’s focus during those years has been on HVAC service and project management.
Rick Kikes, Foreman
Rick Kikes, a foreman for Lynch Mechanical has worked in high technology arena and commercial HVAC for over twenty years in a supervisor capacity.
Overall, our staff’s level of expertise and abilities ensures the quality and timeliness of our projects that our clients have come to expect. We are continually being given new projects from our list of prestigious clientele.
